Braun Hospitality is an Oregon-based developer and operator of thoughtful, design-forward hotels. We focus on creating places that feel rooted in their surroundings — properties that welcome travelers while contributing to the strength and character of local communities.
With experience in development, construction, and owner representation, we work closely with respected architects, brand partners, and investors to deliver projects that are efficient, enduring, and responsible. BRAUN HOSPITALITY BREAKES GROUND IN FLORENCE
Braun Hospitality and the Florence Urban Renewal Agency are pleased to announce a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Florence Microtel by Wyndham.
The event will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., with parking available at 715 Quince Street, Florence, Oregon.
Community members, partners, and local stakeholders are invited to join in celebrating this important milestone as Braun Hospitality breaks ground on a new hotel that will serve Florence’s residents, visitors, and coastal economy.
